What makes a guy an Ah Beng?

I think most of us have heard of certain chinese guys who are called an 'Ah Beng'. Usually those who speaks mainly in hokkien and doesn't really speak in english.

Non-mandrin speaking chinese guys are called a 'banana man' instead.I think the definition of a 'banana man' is pretty simple. Chinese people who doesn't speak mandrin.Am I right?

So,how do we classify people as an Ah Beng? From what I've heard. Its those who speaks mainly in hokkien and are pround of it.Noise makers in the class usually with dyed hair and of course, they can't really speak in english.

Like Mark Lee in other movies, he used to be exactly the so called 'cina beng' that I pictured off.

Those are the characteristics that I rougly know of an Ah Beng. Maybe you have different opinion? Maybe I'm wrong about this. And by the way, by this post I have nothing against these 'subculture'. I've been wondering about this for some time without any conclusion.
