Some of my juniors are so concerned about making sure their 'opponents' don't catch up. They are so concerned about being the number 1. Question is, is it necessary?
come on ! even if you are the champion in this faculty or university you still have to face competition from outside. what's the point I ask? why can't we just create a win-win situation ? help each other out. duh !
