My friend who came up with the idea and supposedly the person to plan our journey,to book the hotel, didn't do any of it. Instead, his idea was to make plans while we are on our way. Not ideal, but I worked out in the end.
Got into our hotel room, rested for a while and began our shopping trip. First stop was KLCC, had our lunch there and then, I began to notice that this whole trip was a bad idea. You, that Saturday was Thaipusum, a weekend plus a public holiday to be replaced on Monday means almost every single shop there was packed.
My friends had to wait for 15 minutes to enter the fitting room. With people all over the shop, it was very uncomfortable to look for clothes and the price at places like KLCC, Pavalion, is just ridiculous because you can get similar clothes at Penang for less.
The only place I found comfortable to shop despite the small walkway was Petaling Street at least you don't have to see 10 people walking in front of you every second. It is a wasted trip this one. You what is the biggest agony of this poorly planned trip? we went all the way to KL for it.
