Have you ever sit in your room alone quietly as you try to focus on your work and suddenly as you try to maintain that concentration, random thoughts just keep invading into your mind ?
It doesn't necessarily happen during your work time. When you try to initiate sleep, it happens also.(It has been happening to me a lot lately during this agonizing, exam period.
It disturbs my focus and also sleep. Both of which are essential to have a good preparation for an examination.
So here is my question. What do you do to sleep well in desperate times ?
